Liked: The personal were pleasant and helpful
Disliked: The vent in the bathroom was very dirty. There was a huge spider in bathroom. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.

Liked: Comfortable, convenient, quiet.
Disliked: The surprise of having to pay an added charge when I checked in that was not listed on my reservation to park my car in your parking lot. Not very transparent, and I didn't have the choice to contest it.

Disliked: My room was the first one next to the main entrance and unfortunately it was loud. In’s and out of the facility

Would not stay here again.

Disliked: Room was dirty with an open condom package in the floor. Very unpleasant odor in rooms. This hotel is not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns.
