Disappointing

Liked: Staff friendly , breakfast
Disliked: Pool was over chlorinated, hot tub did not work, no hot water in bathroom sink, fire alarms continued to sound for long period after false alarm and was very uncomfortable, highway noise made it hard to sleep, elevator didn’t work and had to climb 5 flights of stairs with luggage

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff...

Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: We notified Megan that the furnace was not working. She gave us blankets, but it was so cold that night that we slept in our clothes both nights.When we flushed the toilet the water would continue to run. Had to wiggle the handle.to stop the water from running.It was a fowl odor in the bathroom.
