Disliked: The room smelled like dogs and pee the remote control didn’t work we had to get up to change the channel the room smelled like pee and the bathroom smelled worse the microwave didn’t work had a shortage the toilet ran all night long until I got up and shaked the handle oh and did I mentioned the room smelled like dogs and pee!!!! And the breakfast! I would never!

Room not accessible as advertised,...

Liked: Breakfast Very poor quality - fake eggs used for pre-made omelette, freeze dried potatoes, poor quality smoked sausage
Disliked: I booked and paid extra for an accessible room that was supposed to have an accessible walk-in shower. It had a regular tub - not walk-in. I asked the front desk to move me to an accessible room and was told that there was none available.

Misable hotel.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Rudeness of the staff. My reservation was not correct . I didn’t get the room I requested. The reservation was in the wrong name. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The breakfast area not clean . Ants on the buffet area. Tables were not clean in the breakfast area. They charged us to park our car.
