Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat at when asked!
Disliked: Nothing major, but with a dairy allergy there wasn’t much for me to eat in the morning

Liked: The value was amazing. This hotel is located very conveniently to downtown Charleston. The room was very nice and comfortable.
Disliked: I really don't like to criticize but the staff at the front desk and the in the kitchen weren't really friendly. We got to breakfast 20 minutes before it was over and they ran out of sausage, hash browns, eggs, and other stuff I can't remember. And they wouldn't bring anything else out so that was a disappointment. But it was almost like they didn't really care and that matters more to me than anything.

Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, but that’s just my taste. I’m very picky when it comes to food.
