Very nice suite but outdated decor. Front desk didn't notify us when they received our food delivery.
Liked: Very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Whirlpool wasn't big enough.

Overall nice hotel with really comfortable beds, up to date decor, helpful staff, and good breakfast.
Liked: Loved the 24 hour tea and coffee bar.
Disliked: Took longer than usual to check in.

Budget friendly accommodation which ticked...
Liked: Staff were very nice.Room was clean and very comfortable bed Coffee was great.
Disliked: Would have liked more choice of fruit for breakfast. Plastic cutlery and disposable plates and bowls are quite wasteful.

Great option when visiting town...
Liked: The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good!
Disliked: Was not expecting to be asked for a 50$ incidental fee out of the blue that took several days to return to the card.

Good location for the university...
Liked: Excellent location for the north part of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Good location also for downtown of both Urbana and Champaign. Very clean hotel with good commodities.
Disliked: Be careful about the north area from this hotel. Breakfast and business area could be improved. Gym could also be improved and swimming pool too small.

Did not honor hearing access...
Disliked: THEY GAVE AWAY OUR ROOM! My reservation was for Hearing/mobility access. They gave us standard mobility access only. I have a profoundly deaf traveler! Front desk told me someone with a hearing aid checked in the day before who needed hearing access. BUT IT WAS OUR ROOM! They tried to blame it all on booking.com. "they overbook us" but she admitted that they prioritized by check-in date rather than reservation. WE had to change our plans since I could no longer safely leave deaf co-traveler in room. Manager kept using industry terms/acronyms and I needed her to define them. Instead she said "if you interrupt me, we're done talking. Go to corporate" AWFUL!
