Deceived by booking.com

Disliked: Booking.com deceived the total cost. The cost for one night was $349.66! When I saw total, I believed that was for both nights..taxes...fees ...etc!The amenities were not 5 star. It is Cedar Falls ...nice but not that nice!My total for 2 nights was $699.31

Disliked: All we could hear in our room was an extremely loud humming sound. We were on the 6th (top) floor, and I’m assuming it was something to do with the hotel utilities on the roof. It was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep, gave me a headache.

Perfect In Every Way

Liked: Beautiful newer hotel. Very clean & was super comfortable. Great location with lots of stores & restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast options. Easy lot parking. Shoutout to Kim who checked us in. Gave people rooms where they could see the N lights if around. Very kind and considerate.
Disliked: Everything was great!!!

Disliked: Faucet in The bathroom did not have cold water to brush your teeth. There was mo,d in the cor ers of the shower.

Liked: Great location, right next to Main St. You can walk to little shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. UNI is just a short 5 min drive.
Disliked: Our room fridge didn’t cool very well. Our room temperature was on the warmer side, air conditioning not keeping it cool, felt stuffy in the room.

Disliked: A $15 parking fee added to my prepaid room
