Definitely not as good as...

Liked: Only have room service after 2 days didn’t make me happy! I only stayed 2 days. Trash cans are too small. And for the price I paid I should have daily room service. Hair on the back of the toilet and floor behind toilet at check in. Bed was not comfortable at all! Wore out and old! Need new bed!!!
Disliked: Bed sucked, hair in bathroom and not having room cleaned daily! Any maid should be able to clean a stay over in about 10 min. So why a hotel making that amount of money per guest doesn’t allow that is beyond me!!!

Very good

Liked: Clean. Easy location.
Disliked: I wasn’t able to get enough hot water for a comfortable shower. The heater took awhile to adjust. Eventually I was able to figure it out- kind of important for a February stay.

Pleasant

Disappointed.

Liked: Ok breakfast. Great location.
Disliked: TV equipment not up to date, not even functioning in the first room we were assigned. No safe in the room. Staff had to carry in a fridge and microwave.

Not clean

Liked: Location and the nice staff
Disliked: Our room had hair in the sink, the outlet on the nightstand was sticky riddle with something. The floor in the bathroom was not clean.

Bad

Liked: The staff and location.
Disliked: Too expensive, very dated and dirty!

Glad it was a one...

Liked: The staff was terrific: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.
Disliked: For the price the room was a bit lacking: small, no refrigerator, no clock, rust or mold around base of shower, noisy cooling system (have they not heard of heat pumps??) Obviously not maintained to Hampton standards.

Old and tired

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: This must be one of the oldest Hamptons left standing. The desk clerk was outside smoking when we arrived. The one elevator was old without the cheerful Hampton posters we are use to. The carpet in the hall was old and dirty, the door stuck and was difficult to open and the room just looked old and tired. There was a juice bottle under a chair, hair on the bathroom floor, broken tiles in the bathroom and lacked the usual brightness we expect from Hampton. We were disappointed and will not stay here again.
