Liked: Staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean and usually peaceful. We stay here every year when we come to see family
Disliked: We woke up in the middle of the night and the room was 81 degrees! Not sure what happened, it was fine when we went to sleep. Also, there was a lot of stomping and door slamming very early in the morning that was annoying but not really the facility's fault. Like I said, we have stayed here many times and this is not the norm so I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Okay for a one night...

Liked: I liked the location and the fast check in. I also liked that the hotel was very clean and the room temperature was easy to adjust and control.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was very limited and there wasn’t enough food cooked for all the guests. The bananas were very overripe and unappealing. The coffee cups were too small.This is against booking.com, not the hotel: I paid an up charge for an upgraded room with kitchenette that doesn’t exist at this hotel! The clerk at check in informed me that none of the rooms at this hotel have a kitchenette.
