Liked: We loved the spa with the Jacuzzi! The hotel is closed to the highway, unfortunately we had a romm facing it, it was a bit noisy. I found it quite expnsive, compared to other hotels we stayed.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Room was clean and good size. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I have to come in Castle Rock again.

Liked: Coffee, breakfast, nice rooms and lobby. Check in was easy. Stairway very wide and nice. Not far off interstate and several nearby restaurants.
Disliked: The television had an active child lock and no one was able to help us remove it. We don't have children and so this limited our viewing options. Noisy/buzzing bathroom fan and some plumbing issue with pipe noise. I feel like the refrigerator door opened backwards. And microwave words were in a foreign language, which made it hard to operate -- kind of a guessing game. I couldn't find any seconds for cook time, so had to watch closely.
