The worst Hampton we have...
Liked: They might give us our money back. Who knows, we didn’t stay here. The lady at the counter was very nice and understanding and signed a paper proving we rejected the room due to hotel conditions and claimed she didn’t run our card, however the next morning at 10:00 my card was ran for a hotel we didn’t stay at. I want my money back!
Disliked: The whole hotel had a slight musty smell but when we opened the door to our room, wow! The room reeked like a basement. We did not stay due to poor conditions. For almost 200 a night, this hotel should be ashamed. It is the worst Hampton I have ever been in. Dimly lit lobby, moldy, not very clean…. Then we find out the next day that they ran our card anyways and now we have to fight to get our money back. Do not stay here!

Liked: It was a pleasant stay. The rooms was nice and clean and comfortable. The pool area was fun and clean. And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely enjoyed the stay here.
Disliked: The price per night might have been a bit higher then other hotels around, but that's what I can of expected from here.

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom had a fan!!!
Disliked: HVAC didn't seem very responsive. Was too cold, turned on heat and it barely warmed up.

Liked: It is the cleanest place in that town.
Disliked: They are not keeping it maintained well. The phone didn’t work. We had no fridge. No competition offer for no fridge or offer for another room.

Liked: Breakfast the first day was great. The pool was very large and nice. Glenda - the gal at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Breakfast on the second day (Saturday) there was little to eat, as many things had run out and were not being replenished due to lack of staff. We asked for more waffle batter, but it was never filled in the 40 minutes we spent downstairs for breakfast. There was no butter, little fruit, the apple juice was extremely weak, and we had to ask both mornings to have the hot water replaced to get hot tea. We did not know that the towels would not be replaced, so we had to go down and ask for them.
