Exceptional

Please limit your Christmas kitsch....

Disliked: To much Christmas kitsch in the lobby to the point it made the hotel feel cheap.

Good time, Would stay again!

Liked: Love the canal walk area. Place was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold and underwhelming.

Liked: Staff was amazing and teh decor was so festive, the warm cookies and endless coffee and tea were godsends

Lovely stay

Liked: Location was great, access to the canal for lovely walks. It was decorated nicely for Christmas, with the kids being able to write a letter to Santa.
Disliked: Could have had more hot food choices
