We loved staying in this...

Liked: Excellent location, very comfortable room. We really enjoyed the breakfast and all the staff were lovely
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was good but as a vegan, I was disappointed to see tinned peaches on offer.I requested vegan sausages on one occasion. They were awful.
Disliked: It would have been nice, given the overall cost, to have the teabags and coffee in the room replenished.

Bad

Liked: The staff were helpful
Disliked: The room we stayed in 150 was opposite and above a pub/ nightclub, and we did not get any sleep till 3:15am. when the music stopped. We spoke to John, the manager, who is aware of this ,we will be requesting a refund

Very comfortable and quiet.

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet considering the 3 bars in close proximity, we heard nothing. The wide breakfast choice in the morning was delicious.

Liked: Staff are amazing, so accommodating and really friendly... Can't praise them enough....room clean as always , hot shower, great breakfast and brilliant location.... This was my third stay so that tells you something.....
Disliked: That I didn't stay longer !

Liked: Comfortable stay. Room immaculate, nice bed and toiletries. Good size walk in shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Ideally situated in the city, no noise issues.
Disliked: A couple of bottles of water in the room would have been welcome. Lighting not great in room/bathroom.
