Disliked: The heating system was difficult to understand how to operate. The shower valve had to be forced over to get hot water.

Liked: The room was very quiet even with two basketball teams staying at the hotel.
Disliked: There was a mildew smell in the bathroom and a used bar of soap left on the shower shelf.

Liked: Breakfast delivered to our room.
Disliked: They were under construction, had to drag a cart through the snow (walkway was not scooped) to a side door to get into the building. Very difficult & inconvenient. 2 desk gals & a breakfast lady we're having a big fuss at the desk when people were trying to check out. It was very uncomfortable & they should have discussed the problem out of ear shot of so many customers.

They tried hard, but I...
Liked: Staff very nice. Updates to rooms are very nice.
Disliked: 1. Heater didn’t work. I froze my ass off. Two hours of working with staff, unresolved issue, finally had to move to a new room. This was bad. 2. Noise on the 1st floor. When I was moved to the 3rd floor it was fine. 3. Complimentary breakfast had to be ordered ahead due to construction. Hassle. 4. Tv remote sucked. Yes it worked. Poorly.
