Disliked: the walls are paper thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the other room. the cleaning service doesn’t clean the room they just make the beds. they didn’t vacuum they didn’t replace the towels or throw out the garbage

Poor

Liked: The pool and the breakfast were both great for our 4-year-old.
Disliked: The location made me give this a poor rating. It is directly next to train tracks and passing trains woke our family up at least 6-8 times overnight. We asked for a room that would be buffered as much from the train noise, as possible, and had 2 sound machines running, but they did not make any difference.

It was OK, would stay...

Liked: Early check-in was available. Breakfast was sufficient; breakfast staff was amazing.
Disliked: Check-in was hindered because I booked through booking.com. Our heater was very noisy.

Convenient but disappointing.

Liked: The location was good for my plans in Burlington. The day clerk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room looks tired. I had difficulty finding a comfortable temperature as it didn’t seem to handle the humidity. The sheets seem quite worn although the pillows were nice. The tub had a lot of dark hair in it. As I I was ready for the shower and needed to get going, I cleaned the tub. They didn’t thoroughly clean the floor in the bathroom, either. I told the front desk and they sent someone to clean later. The same few things were still in the corner of the bathroom floor after that. The room wasn’t well lit. There were noises during the night. One constant through the night , both nights, sounded like heavy bearing going back and forth, constantly. I didn’t hear it during the day. The first night was another mechanical-type sound, too. The second morning the person across the hall set their alarm for 6:00 AM and let it ring for 10 minutes. I tried to call the front desk, but the line was busy. I wish I hadn’t been able to hear from the other room so clearly.

Slept ok but the nearby...

Liked: The breakfast offered was good. liked the option of freshly cooked porridge. Coffee was good but prefer real cream to fake.
Disliked: Would prefer bacon over sausage. Scrambled eggs over hard cooked.

Not great. We will not...

Liked: The shower had great water pressure and the water got nice and hot.
Disliked: Poor continental breakfast. No fridge. Bed was uncomfortable.

Avoid Room #106 or possibly...

Liked: A great location in a nice small town in Wisconsin. People behind the counter, especially Debbie were very helpful and friendly. We needed to check in earlier than 3pm and they were able to help us out
Disliked: The room ! We have stayed at this location before and remembered that the rooms were "tight". Room #106had a full sized bed rather than a queen . The room had neither a microwave or refrigerator, let alone an alarm clock . Nor were there any towel bars by the shower/tubor vanity. The lamp and shade by the small bed was semi broken and wobbly. Lastly, the thermostat would not function as only the front desk could change the room temperature. Incredible!
