Liked: The location was great. Good breakfast. The agent helping check in was very pleasant.
Disliked: The train sound coming in the room. According to my Granddaughter it sounded like it was coming right through the room. Dirty pool area. Used bandaids laying around. Not enough towels to dry off.

Disliked: the walls are paper thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the other room. the cleaning service doesn’t clean the room they just make the beds. they didn’t vacuum they didn’t replace the towels or throw out the garbage

Poor

Liked: The pool and the breakfast were both great for our 4-year-old.
Disliked: The location made me give this a poor rating. It is directly next to train tracks and passing trains woke our family up at least 6-8 times overnight. We asked for a room that would be buffered as much from the train noise, as possible, and had 2 sound machines running, but they did not make any difference.
