Liked: It's very clean no smell of old wet carpet like some places. Also, If you're from out of town, down state, etc.. & you're a Bills fan going to a game, this is a really good location, it's five minutes from Duff's for awesome wings. Very close to the highways to get to Orchard Park with in half hour tops, as long as you leave early enough to get to Stadium. Go Bills!

Disliked: The only thing it's a minor one they need to choose a different type of toilet paper it's a little rough!

Not a Merry Christmas visit

Disliked: My mother is in a wheelchair. She put her chair in the car but left her Christmas presents that were in a Santa bag outside of the car. When she circled back around to the parking lot someone had stolen her bag. Her gifts were stolen. The items that the person did not want were thrown about in the parking lot and on Maple Rd. The front desk and security were not helpful. The guy was rather rude and insensitive. We were there visiting and exchanging gifts as well as celebrating a birthday. The hotel wasn’t bad only the people. Sad world that we live in. The breakfast sausage was really burnt too.

Liked: Love the location and comfort/amentities of this hotel. Great staff who go the extra mile.
Disliked: Don't like the changes to the breakfast. Where's the bacon gone? Please bring it back. Other than that, no complaints, will carry on using this place! The only other quibble is the toilet is not so accessible for a disabled person, could have used an extra grab rail.

It was good, but there...

Liked: I liked the central location and that there was free parking for guests. I also appreciated having a breakfast available.
Disliked: As much as I like animals, we had a guest staying next to us with a dog that was barking at 8am and we could hear the dog barking loudly enough to wake us up. Also, the staff were okay, they didn’t seem in a very good or welcoming mood. I wasn’t greeted, just asked for the name under the reservation.
