will not stay here again
Liked: The breakfast ended early we did not get to try it. When we went down, we were told it was over even though they still had food out. But they didn't forget to make themselves a waffle before turning the lights off.
Disliked: We started to complain about the temperature in our room. They gave us a fan to try and cool it down. It was not working our room was 75 degrees. At 230AM a worker came into our room to try and fix it and all that could be done was putting in a maintance ticket.

Friendly, comfortable and Cozy!
Liked: The staff was the best for me! The rooms were great. Beds are very comfortable.

Was pleasant, good bed.
Liked: Small yogurts, small biscuits, small room. No fan in bathroom, did not like the bathroom door, little privacy when using the bathroom, no microwave. Pool not on order. Only one elevator working. Breakfast set up very clean. Ample food for breakfast.
Disliked: Larger room and bathroom would have been great, larger counter in bathroom. More electrical outlets.

Bad
Liked: I booked this hotel to stay over with our two grandchildren because of having a nice pool. I booked through Booking.com and paid the non-refundable price for one night stay from January 31 to February 1, 2025.
Disliked: As soon as I had paid the fee, I received a message from the hotel that the pool was undergoing renovations, but that it would likely be open by January 31 when we would arrive. I asked the hotel to assure us that the pool would be open and otherwise I would request a cancellation. I never received a reply. A couple days before our stay, the hotel advised us that the pool wouldn’t be open until late February. I sent another message that that was not acceptable, requesting a full refund. Again I received no reply. I contacted Booking.com and they did not respond within the promised time frame. After I sent another message they replied that they had contacted the hotel and were waiting for a response. I never received a response from the hotel. We didn’t stay at the hotel. I am very disappointed and unless the hotel issues a full refund, I will not recommend this hotel or Booking.com and I will never stay at this hotel or any Hampton Inn and I will not use Booking.com for any future bookings. They just want your money and they don’t care about you!
