Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient
Disliked: Recently renovated property, but room we stayed in had many issues. Light in bathroom over sink was not working. Bed made a loud noise every time I turned over. Had to hold handle down for toilet to flush. Hole in shower ceiling. Baseboard in bathroom partially missing. Stayed 3 nights & light and bed issues were not resolved until the final night. The rest was still unfixed at checkout

Liked: Helpful staff, complimentary breakfast (nice)
Disliked: Room 1 the door could not be locked, helpful concierge changed our room .Room 2 the toilet ran all the time and the bath tap dripped , not so bad we didn’t put up with it. Shut the door tight and it wasn’t bad. We arrived late at night, exhausted so reported the problem in the morning, the staff wrote down the issues
