Liked: Contacted hotel personally before booking to make sure late check in was ok our room was canceled even though spoke to staff an note was left on our reservation. I was 18hrs from home with no place to stay due to this. We went in after 11am on the 4th to be told we still had our reservation and it was fully paid for previously an the lady I spoke to said that is why we were canceled due to card not going thru. If reservation had been paid for a month previously why would you cancel the reservation with notes and put someone thru that stress. I was very upset with her not looking at notes on reservation an trying to double charge us.

Will stay again.

Comfortable, clean and good breakfast.

Liked: Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: Only thing I noticed was on the second floor by the elevators cigarette smoke was strong.

Pool/hot tub not usable, other...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Disliked: I called 2 days before booking the motel to make sure the swimming pool and hot tub was up and running, they assured me it was, so I booked it online. We found out when we got there and went down to the pool that the hot tub wasn't working and water was cold, when I asked the front desk about how long it's been down she said 2 weeks!! There were also beetle bugs in the bottom of the pool, several of them, kids were disappointed as this is why we booked this motel was for swimming and relaxing!! Lamp in the room had no shade on it, just a bulb. Heater/cooler in the room would not shut off. Ice machine on our floor was down. Will not book here again!!

Liked: I LOVED EVERYTHING!! The staff was very very nice and they all smiled and checked to see if I needed anything my entire stay. The man who worked in the morning was super sweet and made my day with his wonderful attitude and being so helpful. Breakfast was great and I can't wait to stay here again!
Disliked: That I couldnt stay longer!!
