Very poor
Liked: The room was outdated and was not cleaned properly. The mirror was like someone didn’t fully get all the cleaner off and just left streaks. The nightstand had sticky can marks left from the last person. The bathroom was completely missing the body wash that is literally attached to the wall. The bathroom floor was not even swept. The tv also had a large finger swipe in the middle of the screen. We specifically came to this hotel for the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order with no reason why when asked.

Liked: Loved the beds and and coffee and breakfast. Very clean rooms
Disliked: No free toothbrushes and toothpastes.

DO NOT STAY AT THE...
Liked: The breakfast was good and had lot of options. The room was big.
Disliked: Yes, this was probably one of my worse stays. I am a Hilton Honors member and we came there for my birthday weekend, to relax and enjoy area shopping. The first day we were ok with not having our room cleaned, the next day, we went out shopping and informed the staff that we would like room cleaned and would be gone for some hours, came back with lunch to enjoy in our room but room was not cleaned. Informed front desk staff(Mary) who stated would get housekeeping to clean up, had to sit in lobby and eat our lunch and took 3-4 hours for someone to clean as they stated they cleaned it but when went back, it was not and we had Mary, front desk come down to see (who agreed and stated was unacceptable and that we would be credited monies for this). The following day spoke with check out lady (Lisa) who was very nasty and rolled her eyes all the while talking to us and stated that Mary did not have the authority to state we would be credited, only the Manager, who was not in at the time but would be back on Monday. I have called several times and left message for her to call me back and still no response after 5 days. HAMPTON INN BRIGHTON, CHALLIS RD - DO NOT SAY!
