Will never stay at another...

Disliked: The room was not pet friendly as advertised. My cats managed to crawl into a hole left in the wall in the bathroom under the sink and hotel staff were less than helpful in getting them out. I managed to retrieve them in the long run, but not after accruing several injuries and being charged for a second day and being forced to pay for damages caused by maintenance in order to retrieve the cats. The hotel and its staff are negligible and completely unconcerned with the comfort/wellbeing of their customers and customer's pets. Hotel management has not responded to my emails asking for a refund and to pay for my medical bills.
