Way too much to pay...
Liked: The cleaning staff were great. The WiFi was fine. TV was good. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Overpriced. In need of maintenance and updating. Especially the bed (no support) and heating system (extremely noisy).

Ok place
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Not very clean (we found a dirty coffee cup inside the microwave). The bathroom floor was very slippery, it was a bit scary. Pillows were not comfortable. The complementary breakfast was ok, but no fruit.A little pricy for what we got.

Locked out in the middle...
Liked: Clean, included breakfast
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights. We brought our dog. We were told to keep a pet door hanger on the door at all times, which we did. We left the first morning and returned mid afternoon, to dress for our sons wedding. The room had not been cleaned, trash was full and had not been emptied, the towels were not picked up and replaced, the bed not made. At 2:30 a.m. I took my dog out to potty. When I tried to get back in , my key card had been canceled. I had to walk halfway around the building and call the front desk to be let in. We had to ask for water. The first night was no charge. The next day, we were charged for the water. There was no vending machine. For what it cost it was very over priced , compared to the small hotels we had stayed in the 2 other nights.

Not many places to stay...
Liked: Breakfast in the morning was well stocked, fresh and attended to by staff.
Disliked: Toilet seat was loose, bathroom water faucet and shower drain were dirty. Overall the rooms need sprucing up. The beds were uncomfortable and overall the room seemed dated and in need of a remodel.

Worst experience globally
Liked: Comfortable room
Disliked: Management- would not allow a change to reservation- tried 3 days before. Spoke to 3 people who insisted only manager could address ( she was not on site all weekend) I sent her a detailed email requesting a timely response. No answer.Assist. manager refused to accept my ada compliant support card for dog-charging an exorbitant $75.Was not given a receipt when checked out a day early ( told would send by email - 8 days later- still no receipt.Calls to booking com solved nothing. Hotel site would not talk to them.As both a Genius and Hilton Honors member, will never stay here again- although reception staff were good, management was rude, unprofessional, and certainly didn’t match their promise “to make the client happy”.
