Great location & room design...

Liked: Well put together rooms
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock I tossed all night every night. The tv remote was horrible, half the buttons didn't work. Couldn't move the tv.Couldn't move the yellow lamp nor adjust it at all. The temperature was hard to keep warm, couldn't find a happy medium. There was no room service for simply bringing up water to charge to my room.Late check out was noon ~ not 1pm as standard hotel practices.

Liked: It was clean throughout the whole hotel. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. The pool area was enjoyable. Our room was very nice and roomy.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm, but for medical reasons, I can't sleep on a firm mattress. Other than that it was perfect

Liked: Stayed overnight for a birthday. Kids had an absolute blast in the pool. Staff was very courteous
Disliked: Could have been cleaner. We found a stain in our room and we notified staff right away.
