Liked: Breakfast was nice! Parking was good, especially being a Diamond member which allotted us a special space.

Liked: The rooms provide adequate space and the location is great, as the hotel is right next to a connection for the green line into the city. You can get to areas like downtown Boston and Harvard U very easily. The hotel breakfast is pretty good as well.
Disliked: We had an issue with the parking. We were given a parking permit, but we only later found out that the hotel issues more permits than there are actual spots. This was quite frustrating as we learned this upon returning at 10:30p at night to not only find no spots, but the hotel staff was unhelpful in knowing anything about other parking options in the area. Parking in this area is very limited, so we had to drive around for a while in the middle of the night to find another spot and then walk back to the hotel when the temperature outside is very cold. Not a great experience.Moreover, the heater in at least my room only periodically worked and it's the middle of winter.
