Liked: Large rooms, good breakfast and well priced.A 20 minute walk to Train and small shopping centre with a couple of supermarkets - was also good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Met expectation for a short...

Liked: Clean, good location, free shuttle (Jason the driver with blue beret so owns his job, very helpful)
Disliked: The hotel did not respond to my inquiries about shuttle as a guest with confirmed reservation...

Liked: Easy to fine; food was ok
Disliked: Room needed to be updated; the AC didnt work well, the room never got cold. The check in staff was ok she was helpful ; however whoever checked us out acted like it was a chore. I asked for a receipt for the stay and he was like “I don’t do that I’m just the night auditor.” He then decided to hand me a writing pad to write down my email; all the while not really looking away from the computer. I did receive the email hours later however its not opening

Great location clean and lots...

Liked: The location was great, it was clean and fully stocked room
Disliked: I just wish I knew how busy it was!

I would stay again.

Liked: Comfy bed, lots of towels. Good coffee.
Disliked: Sergio was rather curt with my brother. All of our eyes were rolling at his comments for my brother to "calm Down".There really was no reason for him to say this in this situation or to any customer. He did apologize and it was easy to see he quickly realized his error.

Super comfy, clean, very accommodating...

Liked: The staff was so friendly and the shuttle service was very convenient and helpful for exploring the city and traveling to/from the airport.
Disliked: Just that the location isn’t super convenient to a train station but the shuttle service to the Wood Island train station that is offered fixed that issue :)
