Liked: Shuttle service from and to AirportRoom
Disliked: Room service (theoretically every other day but for 3 day stay they didn’t show up) Thin walls (you can hear the TV of neighbors)Poor respond from room service as the drain was clocked on the last day, I asked service to clean it but they didn’t show up so to avoid delay I end up cleaning it myself

Liked: All staff including bus drivers very friendly and courteous!
Disliked: One issue: shuttle bus pickup location is door 1 at term B1 but all other hotels pick up at 06 so when someone calls to request bus your first advice should be 'go to door 1, not door 6 where all the other buses stop'. I went to 6, missed the bus and had to wait another hour for the bus to return due to rush hour traffic.Second but not hotel's fault, people in adjacent room were up all night long talking, difficult to get to sleep and i had an early flight

Nice and affordable

Liked: The room was very spacious, The king-size bed was very comfy. The shower was good.The breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The TV was big, but I would have liked a chromecast option. The in-room coffee was not great.
