Liked: The staff was great. There was a mix up with the booking. Booking.com had us staying from the 11th to the 12th and although the error was caught in advance there was no way to correct the error through booking.com.I have appealed the charge through my credit card company but the Hampton folks were very helpful. The facilities were great also.
Disliked: If you had coffee available, (free to the guests) that would have been much appreciated. I know at most other hotels that is the case and in making my choice as to where to stay, that may be the consideration that effects my decision. It's a small thing that makes a big impact.

Liked: The hotel staff was rude and Tory (sp?) the supervisor was extremely rude, unethical and dishonest. Before making my reservation, I had confirmed if it would be OK for me to work in the lobby as checkout was at noon and my remote job and did at 5 PM. They told me it would be no problem So I booked a hotel and I stayed.
Disliked: I needed to use the restroom in the lobby very shortly after checkout and they told me I can’t due to a hotel policy since i’m officially checked out and no longer a guest. I told him, but I had just recently checked out a little while ago, and I had gotten permission to work in the lobby. How can you give me permission to work in the lobby and not allow me to use the public restroom? They advised me to drive down the street and use the restroom. I’ve never heard of such a stupid policy, stupid staff, or a stupid hotel my entire life. I honestly used some pretty bad language after that and left the hotel resolving to never stay at a Hilton or Hampton inn again.
