Poor general manager attitude

Liked: House keeping always did a good job.
Disliked: No smart t v, no internet on T, wifi did not work most of the time, which cost me a lot of additional payment to my phone company. General manager on site Rachel Hieston accused me in 2 emails of rating their team poorly because of their enchant TV.. I paid them 100% of the money they asked for they do not give me a 100% service, I should get a partial refund.

Disliked: Problem with the heating system finally resolved night before we left. Needs better signage on road hard to find Our gps took us a round about way to the hotel

Dumb TV!!

Liked: I am staying in room 217 for 10 days on medical reasons.
Disliked: For what I'm paying, there is no excuse for not having a smart TV in the room the television is old and obsolete, it has to be replaced with the smart TV. where I can get YouTube internet instead of the reception telling me that I have to bring my own roku!!
