Convienent

Liked: Breakfast was great. Especially the waffles.
Disliked: No vent in the bathroom. The tubs are slippery. The place needs an upgrade.

Liked: PM maintenance . A punch out system to maintain the property and bring better rates and comfort. Bed was lumpy

Not very good

Liked: Staff was good and tried to help
Disliked: 1st room had water on the floor in bathroom. Not clean. No toilet paper and bed was not made well. 2nd room improved but still not clean. Had to lift door to get it to shut. One elevator functioning.

Disappointing

Disliked: The furniture was wore out. No plastic cups in the room. Could not call the main desk from phone. I had problem with TV and went downstairs and reported it. They told me someone would be up in 10 minutes. No one ever showed up! Very disappointed!

Liked: Close to Legacy Arena without all the traffic. Nice hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and greeted every time I walked by. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working. Hotel is older and needs some updates.
