Disappointing

Disliked: The furniture was wore out. No plastic cups in the room. Could not call the main desk from phone. I had problem with TV and went downstairs and reported it. They told me someone would be up in 10 minutes. No one ever showed up! Very disappointed!

Good

Liked: Close to Legacy Arena without all the traffic. Nice hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and greeted every time I walked by. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working. Hotel is older and needs some updates.

The price was giving hotel...

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the parking lot was well-lit, providing a sense of safety and convenience.
Disliked: Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. To out it in my husband’s words, “This hotel is weird.” The property appeared run-down once you got to the floors with the rooms, and our room felt damp. We discovered mold in the shower, light bulbs were out, and the couch had noticeable brown stains. The chair also had something sticky and moldy-looking, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, the fitted sheets didn’t stay on the bed, leaving us exposed to the mattress during the night. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room made for an uncomfortable stay.

Not as good as it...

Liked: The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The room had a very musty smell when we got there. They moved us to a room across the hall. There was no coffee pot, telephone or clock, They brought these to us, and we tried to set the clock and could not. One of the workers came and tried to set it and could not. He brought another clock and set it for us. We have stayed at this motel on several occasions and never run into any problems. The people working the desk were new to us so that might have been part of the problem.
