Disliked: No house keeping. Lazy staff. Customer service is horrible.

Overall is was a descent...

Liked: It was located in the perfect spot. Clean for the most part.
Disliked: No housekeeping. This was a sports trip so not to be able to have clean sheets and towels wasn’t pleasant. Then when I asked for additional he didn’t have enough to accommodate both rooms. I waited outside 10 plus minutes because to check in because the overnight worker was in the office watching a movie. Someone spilled coffee in the elevator, the coffee stayed there for the two days I was there. The hotel is nice but they need a new staff!!!!!
