Liked: I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Birmingham-Colonnade while on a business trip, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. A special shoutout to Brian at the front desk, who was outstanding in ensuring all my needs were met. Friendly staff

Liked: Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and willing to help.
Disliked: We had an issue with the first room we were in with the AC. They moved us to two kind bed rooms for the same price, which was nice. When I got to my room, the TV had a huge line thru it and was broken so I couldn’t watch it the entire time I was there. When I went to use the ice machine, a piece of it fell on me on my arm and left a bruise on my arm. The pool was closed the entire stay I was there for maintenance.

Disliked: Was out of coffee at 6:45 am. Couldn’t find anyone to help. Could not get anyone to clean on the hotel‘s every other day schedule. 5 pm on the day it was supposed to be cleaned and still not cleaned
