Very clean; courteous staff; great breakfast! Everything was better then expected.

Liked: Located just off the highway and very convenient to where we wanted to be. The toilets in a standard room should all be handicapped tall as I have an injury and was difficult getting on and off the toilet

Disliked: No information in room no instructions for TVA $50 incidental fee was added at check in and it was never mentioned during reservation or at check in

Terrible. Won’t ever go back

Disliked: Dogs were barking everywhere. Told the front desk and was nicely told to bad. Pool was cold, hot told was cold. Overall very poor experience
