Liked: My first impression right in the parking lot is that it was not well lit. My first impression walking in was that it was not clean. And once I arrived on my floor, I could smell the smell of urine in the hallway. In my room, there was mildew in the sinks and in the tub. Shower curtain was ripped, ice bucket was completely filthy. I honestly think the only thing done is the bedsheets get changed. I have stayed at quite a few Hampton and Hilton properties. I’ve never quite had an experience like this. I felt almost like people were being housed in the hotel that were non-paying. This should not be a Hilton property. Front desk staff were very nice is about the only thing the property has going for them.

Not very comfortable… didn’t sleep...

Disliked: Beds were hard as a rock, carpets worn both in room and hallways, room just felt like a concrete cell

Disliked: The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. There was no hot water for tea in the lobby thermos at 9 PM, so we couldn’t have tea. In the morning, when the hot water was available, it had a coffee taste.
