Left disappointed.

Liked: Was not the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The waffle maker was not operational and that was most likely due to the ruptured water pipe. It was available right when I was checking out. The young man that was restocking the buffet was doing a great job. He was constantly going back-and-forth refilling what was available so he did a great job. I went to get orange juice and nothing but water came out. Went back about a minute later orange juice was working so he did a great job. He seemed to Carousel. Hi Marks to him.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off and we had a flashing white strobe light in our room for about an hour. It was not a fire, but I ruptured pipe out in the lobby, which caused the flood. So for an hour, I couldn't get to sleep because of that light and then I heard a bunch of commotion outside our room, which was on the first floor. It is understandable because they had a mess to clean up and they were working hard, but it was loud and I heard a couple F words what could've been some of the customers because they were roaming the halls. The next morning asked the front desk if they were doing anything about the pricing because of the inconvenience and he said it was a safety precaution. Listen I'm glad it wasn't a fire. It could've been a fire started by one of the tenants, but that wasn't the case. It was a ruptured pipe. That's the responsibility of Hampton Inn and Hilton. Things are expensive nowadays and when you pay full price and you are inconvenience for a couple hours when I thought I could actually sleep in for once it kinda leaves you feeling a little bit upset. He said we don't comp the room because of that and I was not expecting a full comp, but some pricing would've made me feel better and that did not happen so I was disappointed. I paid full price and it just was a bad experience in the morning.
