Customer service was excellent. We had an issue in the room we were initially given and they were able to move us immediately in order to address the issue. We utilized the indoor pool, which was nice and clean. Updated and comfortable. From a location standpoint it was easy to get on the Interstate and we were very close to our concert location.

Great stay, great staff!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The street the hotel was on, I had to drive past the hotel to make a u-turn to turn into the hotel. That was the only thing I didn't care for. The town has grown so much.

Liked: The breakfast was good, lots of variety.
Disliked: would like a bigger coffee cup. Went to eat eggs, sausage and they were almost gone at 8:30a.m. Not sure if it was ever replenished as i had to leave for a meeting.

Liked: Robin at the desk was very efficient, informative and friendly. Cookies upon evening arrival were much enjoyed! Good breakfast!
