Customer service was excellent. We had an issue in the room we were initially given and they were able to move us immediately in order to address the issue. We utilized the indoor pool, which was nice and clean. Updated and comfortable. From a location standpoint it was easy to get on the Interstate and we were very close to our concert location.

Superb

For one night, it was...

Liked: It was very clean. And that's always my top consideration when booking a hotel room.
Disliked: We paid extra for a room with a king sized bed & some extra space in the room. I think they called it an executive king. The bathroom was tiny. There wasn't even room to put your bathroom bag on the counter. And the room's closet was just a curtain over some wall space with hangers behind it.

Liked: All of the staff were very patient and kind even with being sold out and busy. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had great water pressure.

Disliked: Very costly.

$75 for pets to stay....

Liked: Good location property was good only complaints was the cups leaked through
Disliked: Pet friendly for not too expensive

Exceptional

It suited my needs well.

Liked: Breakfast was fine but I should have had waffles. The location was perfect for me because the eye doctor's office was right down the street from the hotel.
Disliked: The cheese omelet left much to be desired.

Would have been a great...

Liked: I did not eat any. I had to be out in the morning quick
Disliked: Finding a used rag/wash cloth in between the comforter and the sheets in bed. Getting ready for bed, you hope the sheets and everything in the bed is clean and fresh. No way that is the case when I get into bed, and my foot touches a rag/ wash cloth. Kind of ruined the stay and made me feel like I was not sleeping in a clean bed.
