Disappointing

Liked: We noticed some cleaning issues.There were hairs on the bathroom sink,There was a couple across the hall that was yelling so loud ,and fighting so bad .I opened the door to check.Another person came out of another room,and told me nor to call the desk ,she knew them,and the women had got kicked out of her last place,and they put them up there.We were scared they would know who called so we tried to get a little sleep,because I had to be at Hospital at 5am for surgery.We drive a few hours from the hospital and thought this would be a good place to stay.

Liked: The location was nice and the breakfast was diverse
Disliked: The staff was not particularly kind. A smoke alarm went off one night and the front desk was unreachable by phone. Upon going down and asking they played it down and it just felt a bit weird. We had to switch rooms because the airconditioning wasnt working properly and making a weird noise along with the bathroom fan that was making noise all night. We were snowed in one night and some kind guests bought food for everyone but the hotel themself weren’t neccesarily accomodation or said anything. Understandably so the clwaning staff couldnt come in but when they did they first didnt clean one bed but they dis the other. And the other time they disnt clean both beds or even straighten them out. Just new towels. It was just a bit of a weird experience. Definitely not the best hilton we’ve stayed in.

Disliked: The door was very very hard to open. And for over $150/ night it would be nice to come back after a long day to a cleaned room. The hallway was freezing.

It was a great trip

Liked: Great atmosphere. People were very nice and the continental breakfast was great and always filled.
Disliked: The only issue was I couldn’t get into my room because the door knob was malfunctioning. So it was taking me awhile to get in.
