Disliked: The lights kept flickering and lost power 5 times during a 3 night stay. We also paid with 2 types of payment and the hotel only charged the full amount on one account. The beds were hard and I just love getting ready in the dark. I called the desk each time, they did offer to move us but I thought the issue was resolved then it kept happening over and over. Management never did anything or even reached out to check in on us.

Disliked: Pool was too chilly!

Decent place to stay.

Liked: Pretty decent hotel for a town like Bellevue. I like the location and the place was clean. Staff was nice and respectful. It's a standard business hotel, nothing extraordinary about it.
Disliked: I thought the room was arranged in an awkward way, the bed was facing the window and the tv was on the side. but perhaps this is a personal preference. this shouldn't count against the hotel.

We would stay again. Love...

Liked: Well located. Great staff. Room was a little tight but workable. Lighted parking and felt safe. Well groomed public areas.
Disliked: No cups or pens or paper. Little things mean the difference. The bathroom had mildew rim around the grout lines. Sorry but we are used to immaculate rooms at Hampton.

Liked: Breakfast was good: lots of choices, clean area, nice.The young woman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Housekeeping or lack of! We were there four nights and never had maid service: they brought in two towels one day and that’s was it…never made the beds, trash overflowing, no TV clicker, the a/c thermostat was not working when we got there but the man at the desk came and fixed it while we were away.We put in a request for housekeeping at the front desk after two days, it was totally ignored.We ask to speak to management before we left and were told that they didn’t work on weekends!
