My expectations were exceeded, we...

Liked: I had requested some flowers to surprise my wife for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. They put out rose petals, folded towels fancy like swans, provided 2 wine glasses and a bottle of sparkling grape juice. They also put a congratulations on the TV and a card for us. Very pleased with our experience!
