Loved the hotel

Liked: Clean. Nice. They had cookies at night and let us borrow a snow brush in the morning. Tom news great.
Disliked: I asked for a room on the lower floor as I have a dog and was confirmed they my request was approved yet at the check in desk the clerk said that they never received the request.
