Awful!

Liked: Breakfast was terrible BUT the server/attendant that was helping to make waffles was fantastic. He was very service oriented.
Disliked: The first room we went into the air condition and the refrigerator weren't working, and there was no telephone or iron. We had to change rooms. The second room we were in, the attendant at the front desk gave us the wrong room number - because we couldn't get in. One in the room, the air condition wouldn't even start until we lowered it to 61 degrees and even then it kept going off and on. The area above the air condition was disgusting - stained with something. There was like little chips or something just underneath the bed - I saw them when I dropped a pen and had to pick it up. Honestly? There was no information in the room about how to call the front desk.

Liked: I ENJOYED THE ENVIRONMENT. THE BREAKFAST ATTENDANT (MICHAEL) WAS FRIENDLY, ENGAGING AND ACCOMMODATING, HE PREPARED GREAT PUMPKIN SPICE MINI WAFFLES, TOPPED WITH NUTS, FRUIT SAUCE AND WHIPPED CREAM TO GO ALONG WITH THE MINI BUFFET BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AND BROUGHT THEM TO THE GUESTS THAT ORDERED THEM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. GOOD SERVICES.
Disliked: THERE WAS NO ICE BUCKET IN MY ROOM. MY FAMILY ROOMS WERE NOT AS CLOSE TOGETHER AS REQUESTED. A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA WHICH MADE IT TAXING TO GET TO THE HOTEL LOCATION, BUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS MADE UP FOR IT
