Liked: Staff was friendly, room was nice. Breakfast was average.
Disliked: Digital keys not working, elevator broken. So maybe a little attention there.

The room was excellent but...

Disliked: It was cold. The oatmeal was pastey.

Toliet paper holder broke, no...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty bland and not much hot to choose from.
Disliked: Better cooked.rubbery eggs

Horrible Stay at the Hampton

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. The beds were hard. The room was dirty. There was a black spot on the comforter, and I called down and asked for another one, and she said "well I have one ,but it also has a black spot on it." Then she tried to reassure me that she had just washed it. My son pulled out the sofa bed, and there were no sheets or blankets on it,so at 10:30 at night him amd I was putting sheets on. I had to call down to the front desk to get them. I asked for pillows for him, and she said the hotel was out of extra pillows. They only had one ice machine, and it was on the 1st floor. The other one was out for repairs. The lights on the elevator did not work, so we had to look as the door opened to see what floor we were on. As I was packing our bags to leave, my husband said that one of my socks was under the table, so I looked, and it wasn't even my sock!!!! The only good thing about this hotel was the location. There were plenty of restaurants and stores. Other than that, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
