Disliked: Fridge in room didn't work food went bad, the button for the blinds didn't work to raise them, pool was ice cold, no towels for pool when I asked for some i got laughed at. Pool area dirty

Liked: Room was clean and tidy
Disliked: After booking no reply to any communications from me or others in our party. Rooms expensive and very average/old fashioned. Breakfast offering pretty awful for the price and plastic cutlery (silverware) was dreadful. I would not return

Basic, clean but no snacks/pool

Liked: Staff at desk and at breakfast station went above and beyond, very nice and friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Room was nice and clean.
Disliked: We arrived hungry and picked bc kids wanted a pool. Absolutely no food pantry to buy anything (he said we could walk across to the other hotel but that was bleak too) the pool was closed down with no warning, boo.
