Nice stay on cross-country trip

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Housekeeper left our room door unlatched before we arrived. Eggs at breakfast could be better - tasteless. We booked a roo. With king and sofa bed. There was no sofa bed.

Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable.

Lovely, peaceful night’s stay in...

Liked: Very attractive lobby and breakfast area. The people at the front desk were friendly and really professional. They acted like they actually cared about addressing us respectfully and made sure we knew that they would be able to be reached all evening for any questions. They also had a luggage cart that was small and easy to operate but held a lot of stuff!
Disliked: I can’t think of a single improvement except perhaps having 3 bath towels instead of two. That way you always have a clean towel for washing hair. Also, most hotels could use more towels racks and hooks for damp clothes. Pretty minor things.

Very good

Liked: Everything was clean, Couldn’t hear the other guests at all. The Pool was a nice bonus!
Disliked: The tub was dripping and was half full of water when we got there, There where only two towels and one elevator was broken the whole trip.

Please clean your bathrooms better

Liked: Close to where I needed to be
Disliked: My bathroom tub/shower was dirty and scummy and there was no good way you could get in or out of this property and onto the main road
