I'd stay again but will not rely on staff for help with info with taxi’s etc.

Liked: Staff was amazing! Room was clean
Disliked: The ac/fan/heating unit didn't work, front desk staff tried to fix it but said it was brand new they didn't know anything about it. We (mom and son & parents in connecting room) were there as my son(17) had a major surgery for 530am the following morning however neither of us could sleep as it was so hot/stuffy in our room. The following day sitting in a waiting room for 6 hours then a 2 hour drive home in a snow storm on top of no sleep wasn't something expected . Front desk did find us a box fan but all it did was push the hot air around. We already had alot of emotions from the pending surgery, adding being uncomfortable and no sleep on top of it made for a very rough following day.

Loved the environment! Just needs...

Liked: That there is a pool and breakfast was included with the stay! The room was very big!
Disliked: No towels in the pool area and well the temperature in the air was too cold kids lips chattering and no towels to wrap around them I would think at an establishment like this it would be of value to have what guest need and not given two different excuses when asked for towels! The breakfast area is way too congested for all the people specially the waffle machine a few more couldn’t hurt to invest in! And finally parking was tight!
