I'd stay again but will not rely on staff for help with info with taxi’s etc.

Disliked: Check in staff not friendly or overly willing to help with info about the area.

Liked: The price was reasonable
Disliked: I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, just to be told it was closed when I got there. The beds were very hard, but it looked like they were new, so that was why. Breakfast wasn't a whole lot of good options.

Disappointing

Disliked: The pool and the hot tub were not available due to maintenance issues. It is NOT on your website! It was the only reason we choose that hotel. Have them fix the pool or put it on your website.

Liked: The tidiness of the facility
Disliked: Key cards weren't working, the breakfast wasn't food allergy safe

Love staying at Hampton Inn....

Liked: Didn't have breakfast this trip, had hospital appointment at 6am. But breakfast is always great.
Disliked: Room/beds wonderful. But had large empty space that could have had an extra chair or table and lamp.
