Would recommend and will stay...

Liked: This has so far been the most cleanest hotel I've stayed at in Austin. The room was spacious and comfortable, I had the best sleep (which never happens when I stay at a hotel). The restroom was bright, clean, full of extra towels, soaps, etc.
Disliked: My only complaint was there was no microwave in the room and the fridge didn't really cool as much as it should or would over freeze. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Disliked: One of my rooms had ants in it and I feel I was treated fare because I brought the ticket from outside agent but they don't clean nor inspect the rooms.

Good value compared to expensive...

Liked: Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, no shops/restaurants/cafes nearby. However it's just a short drive from both airport and city centre

Disliked: Breakfast? What breakfast? Could nit buy a coke. Noisy room, loud AC, didn't sleep all night, Punishing cancellation and points policies - That was always the worst among your competition. Stayed there over 50 times over the years but will NEVER return again. Shitty treatment, old, dusty hotel being,milked for all its worth. Clearly not your sweet American owned and run establishment, not worthy of Austin.
