Liked: Nothing - the property did not receive our reservation from Booking.com and the front desk lady was extremely rude and arrogant. We were without a room and lady was unwilling to help.

Unfortunately, my expectations were not...
Liked: Check-in was quick and easy, staff was nice, breakfast was ok. It was restocked quickly, staff kept a close eye on it which was nice.
Disliked: I'm a hater of ACs so I was really dissappointed when I realised that the windows would not open except for a very tiny gap. The AC on the other hand was not to be turned off, the option was simply not given. That is unacceptable given that it pointed directly at the bed and I was fighting a terrible cold. I also planned to use their onsite laundry during my road trip, however, the washer was 'out of order'.
