I would stay there again.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Ice machine not working on first floor. But I understand it is mechanical. So no problem.

If we make the same...

Liked: Breakfast and the waffles are one reason we stay there. Rene' had all the food in tip top shape, hot or cold as it should have been, and she checked on us several time in addition to being helpful. Delicious! Jazzie and Amy at the front desk were exceedingly nice.
Disliked: The bathroom had no heat and it was cold! The light blocking shade (not the transparent one) would not work. We reported it after night one. It was never addressed as a problem. There was an accident in one of the beds which needed clean sheets, which we requested and were told would be changed. Again, nothing was done. And frankly I dislike the amenities of soap gel, shampoo, lotion, etc. in a pump on the wall. The substance inside gets stuck, blocks the exit point, and is yucky.
