Liked: Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, pool area nice, pillows super comfortable!
Disliked: The beds were a little too firm, but the pillows made up for it!

Aside from my digital key...

Liked: Breakfast was great , there were very many options to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The staff was very eager to help with any questions or concerns. Dining area was always clean and neat in appearance.
Disliked: My stay could have been better if I was able to use my digital key. I received an email saying that I was able to check in advance and would not have to wait. When I made it to my room because I was informed I could skip the line, my digital hey did not work. I also shared my digital key with a person that I was rooming with and still had no luck. In the end I had to go back downstairs with bags in hand to alert the front desk that my digital key was not working. I am happy that the attendant was friendly and able to issue me a key card and apologized for the inconvenience.

Liked: I loved everything the bathroom was nice had shampoo & everything even though I did not use them the bed wasn’t too high up had access to my room by my phone it was one of them best hotels I’ve been to
Disliked: One of the maids came a little too early knocking on the door persistently being annoying

It was very relaxing.
