Liked: The location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Little things about this property bothered me. The sink faucet had a crazy spray that would get all over the counter. The side entrances don't have handicapped entrances, a minor inconvenience. The ice machine was on the other side of the hotel

Disliked: The elevator needs to be repaired. It jumps when it gets to the floors. I was afraid it was going to get stuck of drop.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my credit card was over charge by $77.00 I was told I only had to pay $143.00 and took out more than they not supposed to an I should get a refund back on my credit card

Disliked: Let me lead with the fact that I had to awaken by 4am during my stay, so things to be quiet & calm by 9pm. Upon arrival, I noticed “do not disturb” signs hanging on 3-4 rooms, all closest to my own room. I thought maybe that means it will be a quiet stay. I did find it odd for all these guests to be booked so tightly, when the hotel seemed to fairly vacant. All was well until I was awakened by a group of people coming back to the room directly beside mine. They were talking & laughing very loudly as well as what can be described as beating/banging; I’m not sure how someone could make so much commotion. Even their walking across their room was loud, with footsteps carrying bass like someone stomping the floor while being a story above…but we were already on the highest level & they were beside me instead of above. I tried to ignore them but it kept me from sleeping for about an hour. I noticed the parking lot was only about half full as I checked out & left by 5am or before. Strange to me that they had us booked so close to one another versus spreading people out so it’s quieter for everyone.
