Liked: It's not the staff. They are helpfu, available and friendly. The place is clean and the rooms have proper products stocked
Disliked: The breakfast was tidy and well stocked. The pre-packaged hot food is terrible, and we have stayed there four times in the past two months. The eggs are like rubber and tasteless, regardless of whether they are omelet, scrambled or other. The sausage is chewy and overly ladened with sodium (preservatives). Yuck. I have resorted to eating kelloggs prepackaged cereals. The nuts and cranberries are a nice touch. Please resolve the gross hot breakfast or quit serving it.The heater (airplane take off sound) and the wind noise created by a poor window seal (rm 326), added to the person upstairs (out of the control of Hampton, I realize) made for a very unrestful night.

Great place, clean and friendly...

Liked: Great breakfast and always stocked. Very nice and friendly front desk person in the mornings!
Disliked: The hard bed. I have back and hip issues and I sleep in a recliner at home. A more comfortable chair that is sleepable would be great in the room or at least an option to pick a room with a sleepable chair like a recliner. I know there are many people that have a horrible back and hips think the same thing.
