We enjoy staycationing in Tyler....
Liked: Property is perfectly located to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Tyler.
Disliked: The internet is horrible! Keyless entry wouldn’t work.

Liked: the location was great and the breakfast was good. our room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Although the room was clean It had a musty smell to it.otherwise it was fine.

Disliked: Dirty. We asked them for fresh towels and to make up the bed. Never happened. Toilet paper roll broken. Microwave tray missing. Hampton inn prices and motel 6 facility

Met the need for an...
Liked: Great location, comfortable. Good location for our event close by.
Disliked: I had a safety concern because the exterior side door leading to a huge marketplace parking lot was unlocked, although the wording on the door stated that for our safety it is locked contentiously and to use our room card to enter. I inquired and notified the attendant about the door being unlocked only to be told that that door is unlocked 24/7 because there was no crime in that city and there are plenty of cameras. That was a naive statement it’s a nice hotel but I’ll not stay there in the future because of safety concerns.
