They should not have charged...

Liked: The front desk person at time of check in was awesome, The rooms were a nice size and was very clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold, the eggs, sausage and the potatoes were cold, the oatmeal was too runny, my husband made the waffles and he said the batter was too runny, the cranberry juice was watery it had no flavor.
